On November 11, 2023, Isa Villas Housing hosted a fun-filled community outreach event at the Paradiso Hotel for all Isa Villas tenants. Tenants enjoyed the day swimming and dining on local foods provided for free by the Isa Villas team. During the event, the Isa Villas team educated attendees about the current job vacancies posted on the CNMI Department of Labor website and assisted them in filling out job applications.
We also had a sign-in sheet to encourage tenants to sign up for the Northern Marianas Technical Insititute (NMTI), where they can learn and advance their careers in the technical and trades field. Isa Villas Housing received a commitment from Pacific Rim Constructors, Inc. to accept tenants who have completed courses from NMTI as apprentices, with the goal of helping them develop their careers into full-time positions.
The Isa Villas’ team wrapped up the fun-filled day with multiple raffles sponsored by the Paradiso Hotel, giving away few gift certificates of one-day staycations at its hotel.
Thank you to our Isa Villas team for their commitment to making this event a family day. While having fun, guests were able to learn about career opportunities and advancements available to them.
